Hessing Clinic Photography Exhibition

From the "Breathing Between Portals" collection.
With the focus of the physical and emotional struggle, with the concept of Ying and Yang, that people present in their different stages of life.
Exhibition of July-September 2023, open to the public.

Breathing between Gates

This Vernissage was developed by international artists from Cuba, Costa Rica and Spain living in Augsburg. The concept for this was inspired by individual feelings in connection with the pandemic situation.

The exhibition took place in Friedberg Castle in Wittelsbach, sponsored by the city of Friedberg.

Lotus Flower Meditation

Online guided meditation focused on the harmonization of the chakras through breaths of the lotus flower, in order to create an alliance with our body and mind.

Free dance by the performence Evy Gil in cooperation with the extraordinary pianist Lukas Thomiczek with the classical piece by Beethoven "Mondscheinsonate", with the scenographic space of pianos in the city of the project "Play Me im Yours" in Augsburg Germany (2018).

Krieg und Frieden

Concept: Duality of conflicts between war and freedom, in which the mental struggle of human beings with their own reality plays a role.

Contemporary dance inspired by "Platon's cave".
Collaboration with the musician Ruben Orozco.

For the collective of 100 in a day.
In the Central Plaza of San Jose Costa Rica.

Metamorfo

Event in conjunction with Dayla Arias Fernández at the Store "Me Extraña", Costa Rica.
This was an exchange event where garments that we like but no longer use were donated and exchanged, with the aim of extending the story and renewing ourselves for next year.
The event was an Open Stage for all artists jamming, closing with a DJ.

Tasting the Sensuality

Love is temporary or something eternal.
Theatrical interpretation of the parallelism of sexuality with fast food and gourmet food.
Collaboration with the Poet Manuel Yglesias and music by Ramon Yglesias for the Cafe de los Deseos restaurant in Costa Rica. (2017)

EMOTIONS FILTER

This presentation recreates urban actions and thoughts that people usually avoid expressing. The gas mask represents the hipocrisy of society, always showing the bright side.

The performer created an impact on the spectators along the streets of San Jose in the frame of the group interventions part of the "100 en un día" event.

Art Gallery

The main event was the presentation of the performance "Take my eyes away", by Evy Gil, with the musical appearance of Capitán Rooster. There was a photo gallery at exhibit at the place of the show, in a joint project with photographer Sebastián Rivera.
